What is g2nb?
The g2nb project integrates genomic analysis platforms with the Jupyter ecosystem, allowing researchers to create documents that interleave formatted text, graphics, other multimedia, executable code, and remote analyses, such as those hosted by GenePattern or Galaxy, thereby creating a single "research narrative" that combines scientific discussion and analyses.
Jupyter
Jupyter is an electronic notebook environment that allows you to create and share documents
that contain live code, equations, visualizations and narrative text. If you are unfamiliar with the Jupyter environment,
